Linking 103 Continued !

Instead of a cloud with a silver lining, here's one for you with a gold lining. Fuzzy, but I liked the "halo" and also that Mt. Garfield shows up.

Actually, my current post is located below Yucatan Lime Soup recipe.

Just when I think I have learned something new, like linking to a previous story,

I forget how to do something else. I thought I changed the date/time on the

saved draft below so that it would show up at the top, but no-o-o-o-o !

By the time I learn how to do basic blogging techniques, if anyone is

still visiting this glob, I will have made you dyslexic, too.

Then, it will be officially known as The Asylum.

So, today, please scroll down past the Yucatan Lime Soup recipe and read

today's post.

I spent a lot of time trying to get those links in my text,

and I certainly want someone to click on them. Most of them work, but I think

instead of seeing the OU Sooners-West, you'll find a hummingbird. Oh, well.

I hope I have given everyone the proper thanks and that the link I put with your

name actually takes the reader to your glob - blog.

Just for fun you have to click on TNChick , find the post about her computer

problems, click on comments, and find what Swampwitch said. Notice

that when I used the words "my husband," just like magic, a picture

appears. So, if that's "my husband," who's the gal in the picture with

him. Pam spent so much time giving me step-by-step instructions

on how to add a link to my comments, and all I have to do is just

type "my husband" and links just magically appear.

Go to your dashboard.
You have two choices. 'New post' or clicking on your blogs name just to the left of the plus sign under 'new post'. If you click on your blogs name, you will get a list of your posts. See that edit button?
Click on the edit button that corresponds to the post that is out of order. It will open in what looks like a 'create post' window but it will be your post. Now you can change the date and time of posting to not only post it where ever you want to in your blog but also to keep something 'on top' if that's what you desire. If you don't know how to change post and comment options, let me know. I'll explain it quite happily for you.

Good morning,

Leesa: Thanks.I don't have a fancy camera but do love to take pics. I can't wait to try the buttermilk biscuits. My first attempt at homemade biscuits turned out to be bricks.

C: Actually, some of these are sunsets, but I do love to be up early enough to catch those colors.

Willi: Is that a Dogwood Tree on your avatar?

Pam: Glad you are home safely. Missed hearing from you.

No: I love being a Goddess...Goddess of Laundry, Goddess of vacumning, Goddess of Cooking...well, maybe not that one.

Michelle: Isn't that just like magic. I can't wait to get back over there and start typing
"my ____" "my _____" just to see what happens.

Pam: Thank you for all those instructions. I knew about that little orange button and have used it before. BUT, it does help if the person using that little device knows how to correctly type in the date and time to cause the post to appear in the right place. This is like "Back to the Future" for me. Someday, I may get it together and surprise everyone.

Brian: Saving yours for last. Always a treat to see what you've written. So far, I must say, the "rainbow snowcone" has been my favorite.

I AM LOL at the "my husband" (looks around for pics) thing! TOO FUNNY! Ok somewhere on your settings you need to figure out how to make your email show up on peoples comments, because mine come to my email and you ask great questions and I can never answer you! Either that or just email me at litlmelzie at aol dot com. The pics are great swampwitch! great job :D xoxo melzie

LAW: You probably do have ADD or ADHD or any number of other fun things. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, you know.

Melzie: I'll be in touch SOON. Glad I gave you a giggle. Can't wait to show this to "my husband."

RedNeckGirl: I have a MindTwister of my own who is scheduled to be here tomorrow. He has no idea he'll be helping me with "globbing."

Samuru99: Thank You !

Dilling: I only know how to link to someone's blog and to previous posts. I don't know how to add a link in my comments yet, but Pam has given me specific instructions that I plan to try soon. I will find the other directions for you and post them on your "glob."

GreatIndoors: Thanks. It's taken me a long time, too.

Minka: I just accidentally happened on to that little box with all the colors on it next to the links icon. Highlight what you want "colored" click on that little box and find the color you like. Presto ! Color !
